PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Experienced OSP & ISP management services which include project coordination, scheduling organization, and budget management

FIELD ENGINEER

(Permit Engineering with Vehicle):

Site survey of building(s) as well as underground/aerial routes associated with drawings for state and local permits

CONDUIT VERIFICATION

Proofing of telecommunications infrastructure between existing or proposed access points and locate existing cables/conduit for precise route verification purposes

CAD ENGINEER

(Permit Engineering without Vehicle):

Drafting of underground/aerial routes associated with drawings for state and local permits

INTERIOR BUILDING DESIGN

(New or Existing):

Physical site survey of commercial buildings, including associated ISP routes in AutoCAD

ENGINEERING DESIGN - UNDERGROUND

(New):

Engineering/design/drafting to place new UG facilities - identification of all equipment, conduit, cable types, and sizes within proposed route(s)

ENGINEERING DESIGN - UNDERGROUND

(Existing):

Engineering/design/drafting to place fiber within existing infrastructure – provide footages, vault/manhole locations, and fiber counts

DESIGN PROFILE

Design elevation and/or profile to depict specific locations of existing utilities as well as the proposed or existing route in question

AERIAL STRAND / FIBER MAPPING

(New or Existing):

Pole license walk including pole stick measurements, completed associated forms, and construction map in AutoCAD

POLE ATTACHMENT APPLICATION

Prepare required documentation to various utility companies for pole attachment rights required to complete a project

PERMIT ACQUISITION

Prepare and submit all required documentation to each City, County, and State Government Agency – acquire the permit or permits necessary to complete each construction project

RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION

Provide examination, mediation, and document creation services for the installation of OSP infrastructure on private property

TRAFFIC CONTROL DESIGN

Design and draft traffic control plan(s) “typical” to each governing agency’s documented standards

AS-BUILTS

Provide updates to completed projects from field “red line” notes to reflect actual conditions (ISP & OSP).  Produce AutoCAD files and hardcopies of actual fiber routes

DIGITAL 3D MODELING

A method of generating three dimensional objects to scale and rendering them within realistic conditions to provide photo quality production options and/or delivering interactive 3D model viewer experiences that illustrate elaborate segments of any proposal
